How to meditate is a basic skill in Buddhist Practice and Rinpoche has been teaching it for 28 years in Australia running extremely popular courses in Canberra and retreats at his centre SIBA in Gippsland, Victoria.
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to have many beneficial health benefits and is now widely promoted.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from a proven and experienced teacher. His teaching would be suitable for all levels of experience and for those with no previous exposure to the practice, this is a great chance to try it with one of the few meditation masters in Australia.
In his public talk, Lama Choedak Rinpoche will offer skilful ways to use Buddhist teachings to bring meaning in everyday life by using generosity, joyous effort and meditation.
